Q: I have received my AP200 today.
Having downloaded the App I now discover that my vehicle, Land Rover, requires a second App (Diag-Europe app). I then discover that my Samsung phone will not accept this app because the app is for older phones. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE with Android 13.
Please advise me on how I can get my AP200 working on my vehicle.
Error message: “This app isn’t available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android.”
A: The Autel team tells us they need about one to two weeks to develop a new version for you. Now it has been solved on the 11th. November.
Just need to download the new version, and it will be ok.
Feedback: I’m pleased to advise that the Diag-Euro app has now downloaded to my S20 FE and I have been able to download my choice of vehicle software. I just need to learn how to use it now!
