This is a tutorial on how to reset Autel IM508S/ IM608 II factory data step by step. By erasing all data, it can fix the problem of insufficient memory or inability to save to the SD card due to multiple languages.
Tip: Make sure you Autel is in free update period. If out of period, you can buy IM508S 1 Year Update Service/ IM608 II 1 Year Update Service.
Procedure
Settings >> System Settings >> System >> Reset Options >> Erase all data(factory reset) >> Erase SD Card >> RESET TABLET
(When you do the factory reset, make sure to select “Erase SD card” to erase all the data, then go to update menu to download all the software again.)

After recovery, if Autel Management program cannot be updated to the latest version online, please find the backup file created before the Recovery under SD card: Scan/apk_back, and then manually install all the applications under the directory.
Click “ERASE EVERYTHING”.
